Cillar de Silos is a family‑owned winery in the Ribera del Duero DO of Castile and León, Spain, founded in 1994 by the Aragón family on a passion for viticulture that began decades earlier as vine growers in the high‑altitude hills around Quintana del Pidio. The estate now farms 150 hectares of vineyards with old Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) and Albillo Mayor vines planted on sandy‑clay soils, producing a range of wines—from fresh, unoaked joven and rosé to carefully aged Crianza and premium labels like Torresilo—that balance fruit, structure, and regional character.
