TASTING NOTES

A rich and expressive Italian red wine from the renowned Piedmont region. Deep ruby red in colour, with inviting aromas of ripe cherry, blackberry, and plum, complemented by subtle notes of vanilla and spice. Full-bodied and well-structured, with vibrant acidity, smooth tannins, and a long, elegant finish. A beautifully balanced wine that pairs wonderfully with roasted meats, hearty pasta dishes, mushroom risotto, and aged cheeses.
