TASTING NOTES

An elegant and refreshing Italian white wine from the Roero region of Piedmont. Pale straw yellow in colour, with delicate aromas of white flowers, ripe pear, peach, and citrus. Fresh and well-balanced on the palate, with bright acidity, subtle mineral notes, and a characteristic hint of almond on the finish. A versatile, food-friendly wine that pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled fish, light pasta dishes, fresh salads, and soft cheeses.
