TASTING NOTES 

The primary aromatics are rooted in white peach, Barlett pear, rose water, cherry blossom and candied green apple. Once aerated, and deliberately oxidized, a subtle note of honey and mango appear, courtesy of cool fermentation techniques and choice of yeast. The palate mirrors the nose, with a focus on Ginger Gold apple, nectarine and pineapple, neatly packaged around bright acidity, and residual sugar to intensify palate profile.
