TASTING NOTES 

Layered aromas of tropical fruits such as lychee and pineapple mingle with notes of peach that carry through to the palate. A fresh, crisp acidity balances the sweetness beautifully. A classic pairing with fine blue cheeses creates an exceptional sweet-and-salty experience. Also delightful on its own as a dessert wine, served at the start of a meal with terrine, or mixed with vodka for an Icewine martini garnished with a frozen sugared grape.
